A BILL to amend article fourteen, chapter thirty of the code of
West Virginia, one thousand nine hundred thirty-one, as
amended, by adding thereto a new section, designated section
sixteen, relating to continuation of the board of osteopathy.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:

That article fourteen, chapter thirty of the code of West
Virginia, one thousand nine hundred thirty-one, as amended, be
amended by adding thereto a new section, designated section
sixteen, to read as follows:
ARTICLE 14. OSTEOPATHIC PHYSICIANS AND SURGEONS.
§30-14-16. Continuation of board.

The West Virginia board of osteopathy shall continue to exist,
pursuant to the provisions of article ten, chapter four of this
code
, until the first day of July, two thousand six, unless sooner
terminated, continued or reestablished pursuant to the provisions of that article.

NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to continue the
West
Virginia Board of Osteopathy
until July 1, 2006, pursuant to the
West Virginia Sunset Law.
